Does this copy my Salesforce org?
No. Import your CSV from Salesforce. Contacts and companies only. Deals, notes and pipelines do not come from a CSV.
Which Salesforce export should I use?
A Contacts or Accounts CSV. Reports that are not a contact or company table will not map cleanly.

Not before you create an account. The preview runs on your device.
