On desktop, Ask AI is now one tidy card: your chats on the left with New chat at the top, each answer with the documents it came from, and a question box with Let Mo act and your voice a click away. The Knowledge base gets a proper title, one Add menu for pages, files, voice notes, folders and imports, and a short Needs attention list with Reindex right where it is needed. Example questions now ask straight away, and dismissed tips stay dismissed in the apps.
