the files listed under the customer's message open in an in-app preview when clicked — PDFs in an embedded viewer, and text or JSON logs with their contents shown (JSON pretty-printed) — instead of only offering a download. The sidebar attachments card got the same one-click preview, and files that can't be previewed download when clicked.
