The small tooltip that shows which currencies were converted, and at what rate, had gone missing in some regions while the page logged an error on every load.

The small tooltip that shows which currencies were converted, and at what rate, had gone missing in some regions while the page logged an error on every load. It works again, and if it ever cannot load, the money totals carry a small "FX conversion info unavailable" note instead of silently hiding it.
