On small screens the section row (Audit) and the Manage sub-tabs (Grants, Certificates, E-Signatures, Transaction Log) were cut off past the edge of the screen with no way to scroll or open them; both tab rows now scroll sideways with a fading edge, and tapping a tab brings it into view.
