Merch briefs now produce merch. Ask for a t-shirt, hoodie, tote, mug or sticker and the assistant designs artwork for the object — a centred lockup in a small flat palette, with no page background, no footer and no buttons — instead of a poster laid out on a coloured rectangle. Text is also now checked for contrast against the colour that actually gets painted, so faded copy is caught and restored rather than passing a check that was reading the wrong colour.
