In the rebuilt phone document editor, tapping Insert (＋) or Format (Aa) now opens its panel exactly where the keyboard was, at the keyboard's height, instead of sliding a tall sheet over the page. Your caret and selection stay put, the keyboard comes straight back when you tap the page or the button again, and the keyboard bar rides on the panel so every control stays reachable.
