On tickets created without a linked contact, "Add as Contact" no longer fails with "No customer email available" while the card displays the submitter's account email, and the reply composer's To field is pre-filled with that address instead of staying empty. If a ticket genuinely has no address anywhere, the card's existing "No contact linked" notice remains the single inline message.
